It is not unusual for clients to be anxious about contacting a counsellor in the first place. You may not be clear about what it is that is causing you concern, maybe have a sense of not being on the 'right track' in life or not know where to begin. I will help you through the initial contact and help clarify what is the root of your distress. As a guideline the following are areas that are often brought to counselling and in which I am experienced:

I also offer Supervision for students on counselling placements.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by the BACP Code of Ethics. I am committed to my own personal and professional development and am fully insured to practice.

My fees are Individuals - £38.00, Couples - £45.00 per hour session depending on location. I offer reductions for students and unwaged. I would see you initially for an assessment session to see if I can help and I am the right counsellor for you. I would then see you for as little or as long as you need.

The cost for DNA testing is available on request.
